the advanced technology: Disk filter has a specially designed bottom turbine, at both sides of the thin and specific color plastic disk, engraved the grooves of a lot of a certain micron size, a string of same model disks press on the specially designed inside brace. When pressed  through the spring and fluid pressure, the grooves among disks begin to cross, then create a deep filter unit, that has a series of unique filter channels .The filter unit is installed in a corrosion-resistant and pressure filtering tank, then form the filters. When it is filtering, disks are pressed tight through the spring and fluid pressure, the greater the pressure differences are, to ensure the self-locking and high efficiency filter. The liquid flow from the outer edge to inner edge of disks through grooves, thus forming a unique depth filter. After filtering, by hand or hydraulic, make the disks  release to have a manual or automatic anti-flushing cleaning.

Process Implementation: shell adopts with polypropylene and reforce glass fiber, by injection molding. Shell lock adopts with stainless steel clamps. Product does not stain dirt, easy to clean, easy to dismantle, acid and alkali resistance.
